Bookings & Cancellation Policy
All accommodation prices are per room, per night based on two guests sharing and include a delicious full English or continental breakfast and all taxes.
Telephone bookings
Reservations should be confirmed at the time of booking with credit card details or a cheque deposit for £25.00. We may cancel unconfirmed reservations without notice.
For cancellation of accommodation within 24 hours of the due date of arrival, a charge of one nights stay will be made unless we are able to re-let the room at the full price.
All major credit cards are accepted (except Diners).
We are unfortunately unable to accommodate children or pets.
Check-in: from 2pm. Check-out: 11am
Please advise us where possible of your arrival time.
